Ceramic components and ceramic bushings of Zirconia ZrO2 referred to DIN 4379 (DIN 1850-1). ZrO2 is a good composite material to steel, is harder and more loadable, has a smaller thermal conductivity, good tribology, non magnetic and electric isolating.

KCeramic disks and ceramic rings


Keramikscheiben und Keramikringe aus Zirkonoxid ZrO2-Keramik gemäß DIN 4379 (DIN 1850-1). ZrO2-Keramik hat ähnliche mechanische Eigenschaften wie Stahl, ist bei höheren Temperaturen formstabil, belastbar und hat eine gute Tribologie.

Massive ceramic component of SiC


Massives Keramikbauteil aus SiC Siliziumcarbid-Keramik gemäß DIN 4379 (DIN 1850-1) als schmierbare Gleitbuchse.
Die sehr harte SiC-Keramik findet Einsatz bei Temperaturen über 1000°C Grad und bei sehr abrasiven Anwendungen.
